• The Client is responsible for maintaining confidentiality of its username and password.
• The Client is entirely responsible and liable for any and all activities that occur and material sent via its Account or under its username and password.
• The Client must immediately notify sitestudio.Online of any unauthorised access and/or use of its Account or any breach of such security.
• sitestudio.Online may refuse to open an Account or offer the Services to any person and may change the criteria for eligibility, at any time, at its sole discretion. If so, the Client will not be charged the Service fees.

• sitestudio.Online provides the Client with the complete tool to create and manage own website.
• In consideration of the fees payable under this Agreement sitestudio.Online grants to the Client a non-exclusive right to access and use the Services during the term of this Agreement. The Services are provided on an 'as is' basis.
• sitestudio.Online cannot guarantee that this web site shall be available on an uninterrupted basis and will not be liable for any losses, costs or damages resulting from this web site not being accessible or for delays in access.
• On registration to the service, the Client agrees to act complying with the provisions of the Terms of Service and the sitestudio.Online Anti-Spam Policy.
• The Client is solely responsible for the content of the materials which are presented using the service provided by sitestudio.Online.

The payment includes a setup fee and monthly recurring fee for subscription to the service and all applicable taxes.

• The Client agrees to his or her credit card being charged with the monthly recurring payments for the service. The recurrings will be issued not earlier than on the first day after the recurring date.
• In the event of not receiving a payment, sitestudio.Online reserves the right to terminate the service at its sole discretion.
• The recurring fee is based on a price which is presented on the sitestudioOnline.biz web page at the time of registration to the service.

sitestudio.Online provides email support for Clients on issues relating to the provision of the service.

• The Client may address all questions, doubts, and report errors to sitestudio.Online by submitting a support request ticket via the Support Desk.
• sitestudio.Online provides a User Guide, Knowledge Base articles and other materials in order to support the Clients in using the service.
• Client support issues relating to additional training in the use of the software may incur a support charge.

By using the Service, the Client agrees to be bound by the Terms of Service (incorporating Privacy Policy) and agrees and warrants not to:

1. Use the Services for any unlawful purposes, in contravention with this Agreement or any laws.
2. Send or encourage the sending of any Material or emails, for any reason, including, but not limited to chain emails, to recipient/s without their prior permission, or recipient/s that have notified the Client that they do not wish to receive emails from the Client. (collectively 'Spam').
3. Publish Material that contains references or hyper links to web pages that contain nudity, sex, pornography, tasteless images, foul language, hate propaganda, anything illegal, pirated software, serial numbers for unlocking software, pyramid schemes or is otherwise insulting, offensive or against the public interest or contravenes these Usage Rules.
4. The Client cannot take any action which imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the website network or other sitestudio.Online service infrastructure.
5. In the event that the Client violates any of the above usage rules, or for any other reason deemed appropriate, sitestudio.Online reserves the right to suspend or terminate, with or without notice, access to the Client's Account and all related data.

All content included on the sitestudio.Online web pages, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips and software, is the property of sitestudio.Online or its content suppliers and protected by copyright laws.

1. Nothing in this Agreement is intended or will be deemed to constitute a partnership, agency, employer-employee or joint venture relationship between the Parties.
2. All activities by either Party will be performed by that Party as independent contracting parties.
3. The Clients acceptance, agreement and execution of this Agreement will be evidenced by the Client's use of the Service.
4. sitestudio.Online's acceptance, agreement and execution of this Agreement will be evidenced by the provision of the Service to the Client.
